In addition, due to the fact that the procedure of building a scaffold is omitted, the construction efficiency can be greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种光伏板安装成套装备,“举升机构”负责光伏板的举升,“操作员”负责将光伏板转移到滑轨上,“滑轨”负责光伏板的转移,三者配合完成多块光伏板的连续铺设。举升机构和操作平台设置在转移机构上,因此该装置可以承载多片光伏板并实现连续输送,并在多个光伏阵列间进行灵活转场;举升机构动作的重复度很高,效率得到保证;操作人员适应变化的能力强,具备较高的对位准度;而滑轨利用重力势能将光伏板由高处滑下安装。本发明还提供一种光伏板安装方法。本发明的三个环节通过“人”结合在一起,实现了机械与人之间的刚柔耦合,充分发挥了机械的高强度和人工的高准度的优势。此外,由于减省了搭建脚手架的工序,可以大幅提升施工效率。
