The invention relates to a floating device comprising: a plurality of main floating bodies (1) configured to discharge at least 80 cubic meters of water in total; a plurality of floating supports (2) configured to join the plurality of main floating bodies (1) together; a plurality of rods (3), each rod (3) having a first end joined to the main floating body (1) and a second end opposite the first end; a support cover (4) joined to the second end of the rod (3), where the support cover has a surface of at least 100 square meters; at least one anchoring element (5); and a mooring structure configured to engage the main floating body (1) and/or the plurality of floating supports (2) with the anchoring element (5).
