The invention discloses a high-speed rail braking and track eddy current detection device and a use method thereof, and the device comprises a mechanical lifting mechanism which is connected with a bearing plate and drives the bearing plate to get close to or get away from a track; the eddy current braking mechanisms are arranged on the bearing plate at intervals and generate magnetic fields to form eddy currents so as to brake the high-speed rail; the eddy current defect detection mechanisms and the eddy current brake mechanisms are alternately arranged on the bearing plate, and each eddy current defect detection mechanism comprises an iron core; the detection coil is wound on the iron core and is used for detecting impedance change; the control and detection module comprises a speed detection element for monitoring the running speed of the high-speed rail; the signal processing unit is used for converting an impedance change signal of the detection coil into a voltage signal; and the controller analyzes and processes the speed signal to control power supply to the eddy current braking mechanism and the eddy current defect detection mechanism and analyzes and processes the voltage signal to analyze the defect type. The device has the advantages of energy conservation, high efficiency and capability of performing real-time detection, and eddy current braking and defect detection can be performed at the same time.

    本发明公开一种高铁制动及轨道涡流检测装置及其使用方法,装置包括:机械升降机构,连接承接板并驱动承接板靠近或远离轨道;多个涡流制动机构,间隔设于承接板,通过产生磁场形成涡流以对高铁进行制动;多个涡流缺陷检测机构,与多个涡流制动机构交替设于承接板,包括:铁芯;探测线圈,缠绕于铁芯,用于检测阻抗变化;控制与检测模块,包括:速度检测元件,对高铁行驶速度进行监测;信号处理单元,将探测线圈的阻抗变化信号转变为电压信号;控制器,分析处理速度信号以控制给涡流制动机构及涡流缺陷检测机构供电及对电压信号分析处理以分析缺陷类型。本发明具有节能、高效、可进行实时检测的优点,可实现涡流制动与缺陷检测同时进行。
