The invention relates to the technical field of transportation equipment, and discloses a single-beam suspension type integrated electric monorail hoist which comprises a track, two suspension beams arranged below the track, a driving base and control equipment which are mounted on one suspension beam, and a power box mounted on the other suspension beam, a connecting beam is fixed between the two hanging beams, mounting grooves are formed in the two ends of the connecting beam, mounting blocks are rotationally connected into the mounting grooves, electric hoists are fixed to the bottoms of the mounting blocks, hanging assemblies are arranged at the output ends of the electric hoists, annular grooves are formed in the inner walls of the mounting grooves, and a plurality of supporting blocks are fixed to the positions, located in the mounting grooves, of the mounting blocks. The supporting block slides in the annular groove. According to the suspended material conveying device, materials can be conveyed in a suspended mode, the suspended materials can be limited, the suspended hanging rope can be locked, the conveyed materials can be rapidly unloaded, the working performance is high, and use is convenient.

    本发明涉及运输设备技术领域,公开了单梁悬挂式集成电动单轨吊车,包括轨道、设置在轨道下方的两个挂梁、安装在其中一个挂梁上的驱动基座和控制设备、安装在另一个挂梁上的电源箱,电源箱上设有散热组件,两个挂梁之间固定有连接梁,连接梁的两端开设有安装槽,安装槽的内部转动连接有安装块,安装块的底部固定有电动葫芦,电动葫芦的输出端设有挂载组件,安装槽的内壁开设有环形槽,位于安装槽内部的安装块固定有多个支撑块,支撑块滑动在环形槽的内部。本发明可对物料进行悬挂输送,且可对悬挂的物料进行限定,且可对悬挂的挂绳进行锁定,并且可快速的对输送的物料进行卸载,工作性能高,使用方便。
