The invention provides a fluid isolation cooling charging structure and a charging connector with the fluid isolation cooling charging structure, and belongs to the technical field of charging connector design, the charging structure comprises a conductive assembly and an insulation heat conduction cylinder, the conductive assembly comprises an electrified conductor, the electrified conductor is provided with a hollow cavity extending along the length direction, and the hollow cavity is provided with a plurality of through holes; the insulation heat conduction cylinder comprises a first cylinder part, the cavity wall of the hollow cavity is covered with the first cylinder part, the insulation heat conduction cylinder is provided with a first inlet and a first outlet, and cooling fluid can enter the first cylinder part through the first inlet and flow out of the first cylinder part through the first outlet. The cooling fluid can be a non-insulating fluid, so that the cooling cost can be greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the insulating property of the cooling structure and the safety of the charging structure are improved.

    本发明提供一种流体隔离冷却的充电结构及具有其的充电连接器,属于充电连接器设计技术领域,其中充电结构,包括导电组件及绝缘导热筒体,所述导电组件包括通电导体,所述通电导体具有沿其长度方向延伸的中空腔,所述绝缘导热筒体包括第一筒部,所述第一筒部覆盖于所述中空腔的腔壁上,所述绝缘导热筒体具有第一入口及第一出口,冷却流体能够通过所述第一入口进入所述第一筒部内且通过所述第一出口流出所述第一筒部。本发明冷却流体可以为非绝缘流体,能够极大程度的降低冷却成本,同时提高了冷却结构的绝缘性能及充电结构的安全性。
