The invention provides a high-efficiency charging plug cooling structure and a charging connector, the high-efficiency charging plug cooling structure comprises a terminal, a cooling assembly and an insulation heat conduction member, and the insulation heat conduction member sleeves the periphery of the terminal; the cooling assembly comprises a cooling piece, a connecting piece, at least one liquid inlet connector and at least one liquid return connector. The cooling piece comprises a containing cavity and a cooling cavity used for allowing a cooling medium to flow and exchange heat. The insulating heat conduction piece is arranged in the cooling cavity, and the terminal extends out of the cooling cavity; a liquid inlet hole and a liquid outlet hole are formed between the cooling cavity and the accommodating cavity; the connecting piece is arranged in the containing cavity, the liquid inlet connector is communicated with the cooling cavity through the connecting piece and the liquid inlet hole, and the liquid return connector is communicated with the cooling cavity through the connecting piece and the liquid outlet hole. According to the high-efficiency charging plug cooling structure, the problem that an existing charging connector is not prone to heat dissipation is solved.

    本发明提出了一种高效率充电插头冷却结构及充电连接器,高效率充电插头冷却结构包括端子、冷却组件和绝缘导热件,所述绝缘导热件套设在所述端子外周;所述冷却组件包括冷却件、连接件、至少一个进液接头和至少一个回液接头,所述冷却件包括容置腔和用于供冷却介质流动换热的冷却腔;所述绝缘导热件设置于所述冷却腔内,且所述端子延伸出所述冷却腔;所述冷却腔与所述容置腔之间设置有进液孔和出液孔;所述连接件设置于所述容置腔内,所述进液接头经由所述连接件和所述进液孔连通至所述冷却腔,所述回液接头经由所述连接件和所述出液孔连通至所述冷却腔。本发明的高效率充电插头冷却结构解决了现有的充电连接器不易散热的问题。
