The invention discloses a conflict minimization flight path collaborative planning method considering high-altitude wind time-varying characteristics, which introduces a double-layer planning method and studies a flight path planning problem considering the high-altitude wind time-varying characteristics in a strategic phase. According to the method, the influence of flight time and conflict on flight operation efficiency and safety is considered, flight take-off time and height level are taken as decision variables, the shortest flight time and conflict-free flight time of a flight in a flexible airway airspace are taken as objective functions, and a multi-flight strategic track collaborative planning model is constructed; according to the characteristics of the strategic track planning problem, a double-layer planning algorithm suitable for a multi-flight strategic track collaborative planning model is designed. The invention provides a quick implementation method for a conflict minimization flight path planning method considering high-altitude wind time variation, and provides technical support for reasonably arranging flight plans, guaranteeing flight safety and reasonably allocating airspace resources.

    本发明公开了一种考虑高空风时变性的冲突最小化航迹协同规划方法,引入双层规划方法,研究了战略阶段考虑高空风时变性的航迹规划问题;考虑了飞行时间与冲突对航班运行效率和安全的影响,以航班起飞时刻及高度层作为决策变量,以航班在灵活航路空域中飞行时间最短与无冲突作为目标函数,构建了多航班战略航迹协同规划模型;针对战略航迹规划问题的特点,设计了适应于多航班战略航迹协同规划模型的双层规划算法。本发明为考虑高空风时变性的冲突最小化航迹规划方法提供了一种快速实现方法,为合理安排航班飞行计划,保障飞行安全以及空域资源合理分配提供了技术支持。
