The invention establishes an intersection point load actual measurement and verification method of a statically indeterminate installation aero-engine, which comprises the following steps: firstly, designing and installing a strain bridge circuit, carrying out independent load calibration tests of thrust pins and vertical/horizontal pull rods inside/outside the engine, and establishing a strain-load equation of each intersection point load component by adopting a step-by-step multiple linear regression method; and then, carrying out an onboard load calibration test on thrust pins and vertical/horizontal pull rods inside/outside the engine, and establishing a method for verifying the rationality and prediction precision of the strain-load equation by utilizing calibration test data. According to the method, the situation that the robustness is affected due to the fact that the constructed load equation has the multi-collinearity problem is avoided, the prediction precision of the equation is improved, and a technical path for verifying the reasonability of constructing the statically indeterminate installation aero-engine strain-load equation based on independent load calibration test data is provided; and reliable support is provided for flight actual measurement of the installation intersection point load of the aero-engine.
本发明建立了一种超静定安装航空发动机的交点载荷实测及验证方法,首先,设计并安装应变桥路,开展了发动机内/外侧推力销、垂直/水平拉杆的单独载荷标定试验,采用逐步多元线性回归法建立了各交点载荷分量的应变‑载荷方程;然后,开展发动机内/外侧推力销、垂直/水平拉杆的机上载荷标定试验,并利用标定试验数据,建立验证前述应变‑载荷方程合理性及预测精度的方法。本发明避免了所构建的载荷方程存在多重共线性问题而影响鲁棒性,提高了方程的预测精度,提供了一条验证基于单独载荷标定试验数据构建超静定安装航空发动机应变‑载荷方程的合理性的技术路径,为航空发动机安装交点载荷的飞行实测提供了可靠的支撑。
