The invention discloses a hoisting tool and method for relieving statically indeterminate, and belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering.The hoisting tool for relieving statically indeterminate comprises a box type hoisting beam, the top end of the box type hoisting beam is fixedly connected with two combined hoisting lugs, and each combined hoisting lug is connected with a crane through a hoisting sling; and the bottom end of the box-type lifting beam is fixedly connected with a reinforcing lifting lug, and the reinforcing lifting lug is connected with a lifting lug of a lifted object through a sling. The invention further discloses a hoisting method for relieving statically indeterminate. According to the method, the limitation that a conventional large-span and large-tonnage structure can only be installed through segmented prefabricated hoisting or large-scale crane renting is broken through, the conditions of statically indeterminate performance, uncontrollable hoisting weight and uncomputable performance of combined hoisting of a plurality of cranes are avoided, the labor cost, the machine team cost and the high-altitude operation risk of segmented hoisting are reduced, and the construction process risk is reduced; the equipment leasing cost for additionally leasing a large crane is saved; and the hoisting risk of combined hoisting is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种解除超静定的吊装工装以及方法,属于海洋工程技术领域,该解除超静定的吊装工装包括箱型吊梁,箱型吊梁的顶端固定连接有两个组合吊耳,每个组合吊耳均通过吊索具与吊机连接,箱型吊梁的底端固定连接有加强吊耳,加强吊耳通过吊索具与吊装物的吊耳连接。还公开了一种解除超静定的吊装方法。本发明打破了常规大跨度、大吨位结构只能通过分段预制吊装或租赁大型起重机安装的方法限制,避免了多台吊机联合抬吊的超静定、吊重不可控、不可计算的情况,且减少了分段吊装的人工费、台班费、高空作业风险,减小了建造工艺风险;节省了额外租赁大型吊机的设备租赁费用;大大减小了联合吊装的吊装风险。
