The invention relates to an airfoil variable camber mechanism based on a flexible hinge, the airfoil variable camber mechanism comprises a leading edge deformation mechanism, an airfoil fixing section and a trailing edge deformation mechanism, the leading edge deformation mechanism is connected to the front end of the airfoil fixing section, and the trailing edge deformation mechanism is connected to the rear end of the airfoil fixing section. The variable-camber airfoil profile is based on the three flexible hinges, the shape memory alloy spring and the steering engine are adopted for hybrid driving, respective driving of the front edge and the rear edge of the airfoil profile can be achieved, the purpose of high bearing capacity is achieved while large deformation is guaranteed, and precise control can be achieved.

    本发明涉及一种基于柔性铰链的翼型变弯度机构,前缘变形机构、机翼固定段、后缘变形机构,所述前缘变形机构连接在机翼固定段的前端,所述后缘变形机构连接在机翼固定段的后端。本发明所述变弯度翼型基于三节柔性铰链,采用形状记忆合金弹簧和舵机混合驱动,可以实现翼型前缘和后缘的各自驱动,也完成了在保证大变形的同时实现具有高承载能力的目标,还可以实现精准控制。
