The invention relates to a variable-camber wing leading edge driving mechanism which is mainly composed of a gear, a turbine and a worm, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft structures. Comprising a driving motor (101), a reduction gearbox (102), a supporting seat (103), a supporting bearing (104), a worm (105), a worm gear (106), a driving shaft (107), a driving shaft support (108), a driving shaft bearing (109), a pinion (110), a large sector gear (111) and a rocker arm (112). The driving motor (101) drives the worm (105) to rotate through the reduction gearbox (102), the worm (105) drives the worm gear (106) to rotate, the worm gear (106) drives the small gear (110) through the driving shaft (107), the small gear (110) drives the sector gear (111) installed on the rocker arm (112), and finally rotation of the front edge of the variable-camber wing is achieved. The worm (105) is installed on the supporting seat (103) through a thrust bearing (104), and the driving shaft (107) is installed on the driving shaft support (108) through a driving shaft bearing (109). The device has the advantages of being compact in structure, free of lateral driving force, capable of achieving self-locking and high in reliability.

    本发明涉及一种变弯度机翼前缘驱动机构,以齿轮及涡轮蜗杆作为主要组成,属于飞行器结构技术领域;包括:驱动电机(101)、减速箱(102)、支撑座(103)、支撑轴承(104)、蜗杆(105)、蜗轮(106)、驱动轴(107)、驱动轴支座(108)、驱动轴轴承(109)、小齿轮(110)、大扇形齿轮(111)和摇臂(112)。驱动电机(101)经过减速箱(102),带动蜗杆(105)旋转,蜗杆(105)驱动蜗轮旋转(106),蜗轮(106)通过驱动轴(107)带动小齿轮(110),小齿轮(110)驱动安装在摇臂(112)上的扇形齿轮(111),最终实现变弯度机翼前缘的旋转。蜗杆(105)通过止推轴承(104)安装在支撑座(103)上,驱动轴(107)通过驱动轴轴承(109)安装在驱动轴支座(108)上。本发明具有结构紧凑、不附带侧向驱动力、能够自锁、可靠性高的优点。
