The invention discloses a brake-by-wire system based on a commercial vehicle ABS framework. The brake-by-wire system comprises two IAEB electromagnetic relay valves, a central control unit ECU, a braking main valve, a braking air chamber, a hand brake, a parking relay valve, an ABS valve, a wheel speed sensor, a storage battery, a compressor and a dryer. A pressure sensor is arranged in the IAEB electromagnetic relay valve and used for collecting the air pressure value in the IAEB electromagnetic relay valve. The central control unit calculates whether the pressure value of the valve body can meet the automobile braking requirement or not and controls the IAEB electromagnetic relay valve to conduct dynamic pressurization or decompression, and gas with any gas pressure value is output for braking. According to the system, an air pressure value signal in the IABS valve is collected through the pressure sensor arranged in the IAEB electromagnetic relay valve, and whether the pressure value of the valve body can meet automobile braking or not is calculated through the ECU, so that dynamic pressure increasing and reducing adjustment is conducted, and automobile braking is safely and rapidly achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于商用车ABS架构的线控制动系统,包括两个IAEB电磁继动阀、中央控制单元ECU、制动总阀、制动气室、手刹、驻车继动阀、ABS阀、轮速传感器、蓄电池、压缩机以及干燥器;IAEB电磁继动阀内设有压力传感器,用于采集IAEB电磁继动阀内的气压值;中央控制单元计算阀体压力值能否满足汽车制动,控制IAEB电磁继动阀进行动态加压或减压,实现输出任意气压值气体进行制动。本发明系统通过IAEB电磁继动阀内部设置的压力传感器采集IABS阀内的气压值信号,通过ECU计算阀体压力值能否满足汽车制动,从而进行动态加减压调节,安全快速地实现车辆制动。
