The invention discloses a brake-by-wire control method for an electric commercial vehicle based on the load of the whole vehicle, and the brake-by-wire technology is combined with the measurement of the load of the commercial vehicle, so that a more economical brake control strategy is realized. Specifically, in the running process of a vehicle, a sliding energy recovery torque basic value is calculated in real time, the weight of the whole vehicle is estimated, and a sliding energy recovery torque target value is arbitrated from the sliding energy recovery torque basic value according to a weight estimation result; and when actual braking occurs, the sliding energy recovery torque target value and the braking energy recovery torque value are superposed to serve as an electric braking total torque value. According to the method, a total mass signal is output by utilizing a built load estimation model and is used as one of main consideration factors of an energy recovery strategy, a load factor is introduced between two control effects of an on-line control dynamic-to-large strategy and a superposition strategy, a relatively high energy recovery rate is ensured while the driving feeling is considered, and the energy recovery efficiency is improved. Therefore, the vehicle model and application scene characteristics of the commercial vehicle are better met.

    本发明公开了一种基于整车载重的电动商用车线控制动控制方法,将线控制动技术结合商用车自身载重测量,以此实现更为经济的制动控制策略。具体地,在车辆运行过程中,实时计算滑行能量回收扭矩基础值,并对整车重量进行估算,根据重量估算结果从滑行能量回收扭矩基础值中仲裁滑行能量回收扭矩目标值;当发生实际制动时,将滑行能量回收扭矩目标值与制动能量回收扭矩值叠加作为电制动总扭矩值。本发明站位于利用搭建的载重估算模型输出总质量信号,并以此作为能量回收策略的主要考量因素之一,在线控制动取大和叠加策略两种控制效果之间引入载重因子,在兼顾驾驶感的同时,保证较大的能量回收利用率,由此更加符合商用车的车型及应用场景特点。
