The embodiment of the invention provides a battery power adjusting method and device, electronic equipment and an automobile, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the actual discharge power, constant discharge power and peak discharge power of a battery; obtaining discharge overshoot power according to the actual discharge power and the constant discharge power; obtaining discharge reference difference power according to the constant discharge power and the peak discharge power; obtaining an accumulated count according to the discharge overshoot power and the discharge reference difference power; and adjusting the discharge power of the battery according to the accumulated count. By implementing the embodiment of the invention, the starting time of the electric vehicle can be effectively shortened, the power consumed during starting is reduced, and the use efficiency of the battery is improved.
