The invention discloses a highway afflux control system based on intelligent network connection and an RBF neural network, which comprises a vehicle-mounted terminal, a road side unit, a man-machine interaction unit and a traffic information center, and is characterized in that the vehicle-mounted terminal is configured on an intelligent network connection vehicle, and the intelligent network connection vehicle runs on a highway; an in-vehicle sensor module, a first communication module and an in-vehicle control module are arranged in the vehicle-mounted terminal; the roadside unit is arranged on the outer side of the highway ramp, and the roadside unit comprises a vehicle sensor module and a second communication module; the man-machine interaction unit is configured on a ramp vehicle R, and the man-machine interaction unit comprises a third communication module and an interaction module; the traffic information center comprises a communication unit, an edge calculation unit and a confluence program control module, and an RBF neural network prediction model is arranged in the edge calculation unit. According to the expressway convergence control system and method based on the intelligent network connection and the RBF neural network, traditional manual driving vehicles are guided to safely and efficiently converge into expressway carriageways.

    本发明公开了基于智能网联与RBF神经网络的高速路汇入控制系统,包括车载终端、路侧单元、人机交互单元、交通信息中心,车载终端配置于智能网联车辆,智能网联车辆行驶在高速路上,车载终端内设置有车内传感器模块、第一通讯模块和车内控制模块;路侧单元设置于高速路匝道的外侧,路侧单元包括车辆传感器模块和第二通讯模块;人机交互单元配置于匝道车辆R,人机交互单元包括第三通讯模块和交互模块;交通信息中心包括通信单元、边缘计算单元和合流程序控制模块,边缘计算单元内设置有RBF神经网络预测模型。本发明采用上述步骤的基于智能网联与RBF神经网络的高速路汇入控制系统与方法,引导传统人工驾驶车辆安全且高效地汇入高速路行车道。
