A steel panel is arranged at the free end of the upper portion of the cross-shaped plate, the main deck lower portion reinforcing structure comprises a crane cylinder extending towards the lower portion of the main deck by a certain distance and a plurality of short longitudinal girders arranged on a left board and a right board in the length direction of the ship respectively, and part of the short longitudinal girders penetrate through the crane cylinder. The distance between the lowest position of the crane cylinder body extending towards the lower portion of the main deck by a certain distance and a top pier bottom plate is 1.2-2 meters.
