The robot comprises a bottom plate, electric driving rollers and an emergency obstacle avoidance mechanism. A fixed plate is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate, and a plurality of first movable frames are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of a fixed frame on the fixed plate in a limiting and sliding fit mode. A plurality of second movable frames are in limiting sliding fit with the two sides of the fixed plate; the first movable frame and the second movable frame are opposite in a staggered mode. The pipes are placed in the corresponding mounting hole positions, the pipes move downwards under the guiding effect of the fixing plate, then the previous mounting hole position is tightened, and the pipe located in the previous mounting hole position is fixed. And therefore, a plurality of pipes are sequentially fixed on the fixing plate. The pipe in the fastener moves downwards under the action of gravity, in the downward moving process of the pipe, the lowermost pipe on the upper end face of the fixing plate is fixed, and meanwhile the fastener can be gradually tightened to the outer side of the pipe.
