The invention relates to the field of coal mine underground auxiliary transportation equipment, and particularly discloses a new energy mining crawler-type carrying vehicle which comprises a vehicle frame, crawler assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the vehicle frame respectively, a cab is arranged at one end of the vehicle frame, and a compartment is arranged at the other end of the vehicle frame. The charging and discharging power source, the motor, the speed regulation control device, the gearbox and the hydraulic power mechanism are arranged on the frame, the charging and discharging power source is connected with the motor through the speed regulation control device, an output shaft of the motor is in transmission connection with an input shaft of the gearbox, and the upper portion of the gearbox is in transmission connection with the hydraulic power mechanism. The two sides of the lower portion of the gearbox are in transmission connection with the crawler assemblies respectively, and the hydraulic power mechanism is connected with a plurality of hydraulic execution elements. The charging and discharging power source is used as energy of the carrier, power is output through the motor, compared with a traditional motor with a diesel engine as a power source, noise is relatively low, tail gas pollution is avoided, energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved, safety and environment friendliness are achieved, and compared with a traditional motor with an external power source, cables do not need to be dragged, and use is convenient.

    本发明涉及煤矿井下辅助运输设备领域,具体公开了一种新能源矿用履带式搬运车,包括车架,车架两侧分别设有履带总成,车架上一端设有驾驶室另一端设有车厢,其特征在于,还包括设置在车架上的充放电源、电机、调速控制装置、变速箱和液压动力机构,充放电源通过调速控制装置连接电机,电机的输出轴与变速箱的输入轴传动连接,变速箱上部与液压动力机构传动连接,变速箱下部两侧和履带总成分别传动连接,液压动力机构连接有若干液压执行元件。本发明使用充放电源作为搬运车的能源,通过电机输出动力,较之传统以柴油机作为动力源,噪声相对较小,无尾气污染,节能减排,安全环保,较之传统用外接电源的电动机,无需拖拽电缆,使用便捷。
