A hole cavity is formed in the blocking clamp, the hole cavity is connected with a lower column body of the coupler in a matched and sleeved mode, one side of the blocking clamp is cut and separated and fixed through a first fastening piece, a protruding block is arranged on the other side of the blocking clamp, a second fastening piece is fixedly installed on the protruding block, top caps are arranged at the two ends of the second fastening piece, and the blocking disc is of an annular column structure provided with the hole cavity. Two abutting caps are arranged on the inner cavity wall of the stop disc, the two abutting caps are symmetrically arranged in parallel, and when the stop clamp rotates by 180 degrees in two directions, the two top caps abut against and make contact with the corresponding abutting caps respectively.
