The invention discloses a vehicle braking abnormal sound evaluation method which comprises the following steps: S10, after a driving gear of a vehicle is switched from a reverse gear to a forward gear, the vehicle is controlled to be braked at preset braking pressure in a first operation mode; s20, after the driving gear of the vehicle is switched from the forward gear to the reverse gear, the vehicle is controlled to be braked at the preset brake pressure in the second operation mode, and knocking data of a friction plate and a brake caliper in a brake system of the vehicle are obtained; s30, the preset brake pressure is adjusted according to the preset increment, and the steps S10-S20 are executed again till the preset brake pressure reaches the upper limit of the brake pressure; and S40, according to the knocking data obtained under different braking pressures, the braking abnormal sound state of the vehicle is determined. According to the technical scheme, the abnormal knocking sound during first braking after front and back reversing of the vehicle can be found in time, a user is prevented from discovering the abnormal knocking sound, and the comfort level of the user during vehicle using is improved.
本发明公开了一种车辆制动异响的评价方法,包括:S10、将车辆的行车档位由倒车档位切换为前进档位后,控制车辆在第一运行模式下以预设制动压力进行制动;S20、将车辆的行车档位由前进档位切换为倒车档位后,控制车辆在第二运行模式下以预设制动压力进行制动,并获取车辆的制动系统中摩擦片与制动钳的敲击数据;S30、以预设增量调节预设制动压力,并返回执行S10~S20,直至预设制动压力达到制动压力上限;S40、根据不同制动压力下获取的敲击数据,确定车辆的制动异响的状态。本发明的技术方案能够及时发现车辆前后换向后第一次制动时敲击异响,防止用户发觉敲击异响,提高用户使用车辆时的舒适度。
