The embodiment of the invention discloses a vehicle fuel cell starting method, device and equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the remaining electric quantity of a power cell, and obtaining the current running speed of a vehicle when the remaining electric quantity of the power cell is smaller than a first gas-electricity starting threshold value; and when the current running speed of the vehicle is greater than or equal to the preset vehicle speed, triggering the fuel cell control unit to start the fuel cell to supply energy to the vehicle. The fuel cell is started when the vehicle running speed is at the preset vehicle speed, so that electric power additionally generated in the fuel cell starting process can be consumed, meanwhile, frequent power-on and power-off when the residual electric quantity of the power cell is smaller than the first gas-electricity starting threshold value under the low-temperature working condition can be avoided, and therefore frequent starting of the fuel cell is avoided; and the service life of the fuel cell is prolonged.
