The invention discloses an electric vehicle, a power battery pulse heating system and method thereof and a storage medium, and the system comprises a first motor and a first inverter which is connected with the first motor and is configured to drive the first motor according to direct current provided by a power battery; the second inverter is connected with the second motor and is configured to drive the second motor according to the direct current provided by the power battery; the controllable switch is connected between three-phase winding neutral points of the first motor and the second motor; the control unit is configured to respond to a battery heating request, control the controllable switch to be switched on, control the upper bridge switch tube of the first inverter and the lower bridge switch tube of the second inverter to be synchronously switched on or switched off, and control the lower bridge switch tube of the first inverter and the upper bridge switch tube of the second inverter to be synchronously switched on or switched off, and the power battery is subjected to pulse heating. The service life of the power battery pulse heating system is prolonged.
