The invention discloses a torque control optimization method based on safe driving on a low-attached road surface during EV vehicle electricity recovery, which comprises the following steps of: 1, calculating a centroid reference vehicle speed according to four wheels and a steering angle, namely, referring to the wheel speed of a non-driving wheel during sliding recovery and referring to the maximum vehicle speed of the four wheels during braking recovery; 2, according to the reference vehicle speed calculated in the step 1, converting the reference vehicle speed into a motor rotation speed lower limit value in combination with a rotation speed ratio; and step 3, after the motor receives the rotation speed lower limit value, comparing the rotation speed lower limit value with the current rotation speed to obtain a difference value, and dynamically adjusting the recovery torque to perform recovery execution. According to the method, the reference speed of the whole vehicle is calculated through the four wheel speeds and converted into the motor rotating speed limit to control the recovery torque, namely, the possible locking trend is recognized in advance, the recovery size is intelligently adjusted, transition processing is conducted on the recovery torque, ABS control over the wheels is kept, the recovery torque control efficiency of the motor is high, and the recovery torque control precision is high. And the driving smoothness can be well optimized.
本发明公开了一种EV车电回收时低附路面基于安全驾驶的扭矩控制优化方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1,根据四轮和转向角计算质心参考车速,其计算方法为:滑行回收时可参考非驱动轮轮速,制动回收时参考四轮最大车速;步骤2,根据步骤1计算的参考车速,结合转速比转换成电机转速下限限制值;步骤3,电机收到转速下限限制值后与当前转速比较出差值,动态调节出回收扭矩进行回收执行。本发明利用四个轮速进行整车参考车速计算,转换为电机转速限制来控制回收扭矩,即提前识别可能的抱死趋势智能调节回收大小,对回收扭矩大小进行过渡处理,保持ABS对车轮控制,且其电机本身控制回收扭矩效率高,能够很好的优化了驾驶平顺性。
