The invention relates to the field of urban traffic transportation planning, in particular to an urban built-up area roadside parking planning method and algorithm. Comprising the following steps: S1, obtaining the total parking demand in a research area; s2, determining a road priority model conforming to the set roadside berths in the area; taking the road priority as a weight coefficient, setting a traffic capacity function formula after a parking space is arranged on the roadside, and establishing a road network traffic capacity model; and S3, finally, based on the road traffic capacity and the road priority after the roadside parking berths are set, with the maximum road network traffic capacity as an objective function and the maximum roadside parking berths which can be accommodated by the roads as constraint conditions, constructing a road network traffic capacity model, and calculating the number of parking berths which should be planned by each road by using a sequential quadratic programming method. According to the method, the roadside parking berths can be reasonably planned, the delay of the road network traffic capacity model is lower than that of a conventional arrangement scheme, and the influence on the road traffic capacity after the roadside parking berths are arranged is effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及城市交通运输规划领域,具体涉及城市建成区路侧停车规划方法及算法。包括以下步骤:S1.获得研究区域内停车需求总量;S2.确定区域内符合设置路侧泊位的道路优先级模型;将道路优先级作为权重系数,在路侧设置停车位后通行能力函数公式,建立路网通行能力模型;S3.最后基于设置路侧停车泊位后道路通行能力和道路优先级,以路网通行能力最大为目标函数,道路可容纳最大路侧停车泊位为约束条件,构建路网通行能力模型,使用序列二次规划法计算出各条道路应规划的停车泊位数量。通过本发明可合理规划路侧停车泊位,路网通行能力模型延误低于常规设置方案,有效降低了设置路侧停车泊位后对道路通行能力的影响。
