The invention relates to an urban roadside parking resource analyzing and planning method based on a microcomputer. The method comprises the steps of S1 adopting a camera carried by the microcomputer to obtain roadside image data; S2 preprocessing the roadside image data to obtain a roadside image data set; S3 constructing and training a target detection algorithm according to the roadside image data set; S4 inputting to-be-detected roadside image data and GPS data into the trained target detection algorithm to obtain a detection frame after classification of roadside parking spaces; and S5 tracking the classified detection frame by using a two-dimensional Kalman filter to obtain an analysis result. According to the invention, the spatial position coordinates and occupation conditions of roadside parking spaces can be accurately detected, illegal parking and long-term occupation phenomena of vehicles can be detected, the use conditions of roadside parking resources are analyzed, and the roadside parking resources are reasonably planned according to the use conditions.

    本发明涉及一种基于微型电脑的城市路侧停车资源分析规划方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1:采用微型电脑搭载的摄像头获取路侧图像数据;步骤S2:将路侧图像数据进行预处理,得到路侧图像数据集;步骤S3:根据路侧图像数据集,构建并训练目标检测算法;步骤S4:将待测路侧图像数据及GPS数据输入训练后的目标检测算法,获得路侧停车位分类后的检测框;步骤S5:采用二维卡尔曼滤波器跟踪分类后的检测框,得到分析结果。本发明可以准确检测路侧停车位空间位置坐标及其占用情况、检测车辆违停和长期占用现象,分析路侧停车资源的使用情况并据此合理规划路侧停车资源。
