The invention provides a container pose measuring device which is characterized in that an optical target is arranged in the middle of the side edge of a truck, an optical measuring camera is arranged in the middle of the side edge of a crane, two distance measuring target plates are arranged at the head end and the tail end of the side edge of the truck respectively, and laser distance measuring instruments are arranged at the corresponding positions of the side edge of the crane respectively; the two laser range finders are connected with the data processing circuit, and the data processing circuit is used for resolving measured data and obtaining and outputting pose data. According to the container hoisting method provided by the invention, the position and posture data are obtained by utilizing the container position and posture measuring device, and the container is hoisted and moved. According to the invention, the electrical control and photoelectric measurement technology is adopted, the full-automatic measurement of the offset of the crane and the truck is realized, the measurement precision can reach the millimeter level, the technical support is provided for the automatic hoisting of the container, the manual operation is not needed, the hoisting efficiency and safety of the container can be greatly improved, the labor cost is saved, and the practical value is higher.

    本发明提供一种集装箱位姿测量装置,光学靶标设置在卡车侧边的中部,光学测量相机设置在吊车侧边的中部,两个测距靶板分别设置在卡车侧边的首尾两端,在吊车侧边的对应位置分别设置有一个激光测距仪,两个激光测距仪均与数据处理电路连接,数据处理电路用于解算测得数据,获得并输出位姿数据。本发明提供的集装箱吊装方法利用集装箱位姿测量装置获得位姿数据,并对集装箱进行吊装移动。本发明采用电气控制和光电测量技术,实现了对吊车和卡车偏移的全自动测量,测量精度可达毫米级,为集装箱自动吊装提供了技术支持,无需人为操作,能大幅提高集装箱吊装效率和安全性,节省人力成本,具有较高的实用价值。
