The invention relates to a hull crevasse manufacturing method for ship emergency leakage stoppage test verification. The hull crevasse manufacturing method is characterized in that different types of crevasses are close to real crevasse shapes; designing an accurate and rapid segmentation method for the large-size crevasse welding subunits; a welding subunit molded line forming method is designed; a machining method of unit segmentation, numbering and positioning, projection straightening and sequential welding is adopted, and simulated crevasse is achieved. The method has the advantages that the real crevasse shape is restored to the maximum degree, and accuracy is high; the crevasse processed by the method can be combined with an entity for use, has certain assembling performance and good adaptability, can be used for processing and preparing hull crevasse models differently according to different crevasse shape parameters, and is suitable for various crevasse types, high in universality and reasonable and efficient in design.

    本发明涉及一种用于船舶应急堵漏试验验证的船体破口制作方法,其特征是:满足不同类型破口逼近真实破口形状;设计大尺寸破口焊接子单元精确快速分割方法;设计焊接子单元体型线成形方法;采用分割单元、编号定位、投影取直、依次焊接的加工方法,实现仿真破口。有益效果:最大程度还原真实破口形状,精确度高;本方法加工而成的破口可与实体结合使用,具有一定的可装配性能,适应性很好,根据破口形状参数的不同,可对船体破口模型进行不同加工制备,适应的破口类型多,通用性强,设计合理高效。
