The invention relates to a hull crevasse manufacturing method for ship emergency leakage stoppage test verification.     本发明涉及一种用于船舶应急堵漏试验验证的船体破口制作方法,其特征是:满足不同类型破口逼近真实破口形状;设计大尺寸破口焊接子单元精确快速分割方法;设计焊接子单元体型线成形方法;采用分割单元、编号定位、投影取直、依次焊接的加工方法,实现仿真破口。有益效果:最大程度还原真实破口形状,精确度高;本方法加工而成的破口可与实体结合使用,具有一定的可装配性能,适应性很好,根据破口形状参数的不同,可对船体破口模型进行不同加工制备,适应的破口类型多,通用性强,设计合理高效。
