The invention provides a tethered balloon meteorological observation system using an offshore platform. The tethered balloon meteorological observation system comprises a sphere structure, a tethered cable, a task load, an anchoring platform and a ground control center, the sphere structure is provided with a front part, a middle part, a rear end and a fairing; the mooring cable comprises a plurality of side mooring cables and a main mooring cable; the task load is provided with a task load controller, a secondary power supply module, an environment and state sensing module, a data transmission module and a telemetering data acquisition system; the anchoring platform is provided with a supporting frame, a rotating platform, a mooring cable and a winch; the ground control center is provided with a communication satellite, a cable, a data line, a ground station, communication, a ground terminal, a remote control center and a ground base station. According to the invention, a captive balloon system is combined with various marine operation observation platforms including a meteorological professional observation station, and various novel sondes which can be carried can be integrated into the system.

    本发明提供了利用海上平台的系留气球气象观测系统,包括球体结构、系留缆绳、任务载荷、锚泊平台、地面控制中心;球体结构设置有前部、中部、后端、整流罩;系留缆绳包括多个侧系缆和一个主系缆;任务载荷设置有任务载荷控制器、二次电源模块、环境和状态感知模块、数据传输模块、遥测数据采集系统;锚泊平台设置有支撑框架、旋转平台、系缆、绞盘;地面控制中心设置有通讯卫星、电缆线和数据线、地面站、通信、地面终端、远程控制中心、地面基站。本发明把系留气球系统与包括气象专业观测台站在内的各种海洋作业观测平台相结合,可搭载的各种新型探空仪都可集成到系统中。
