The embodiment of the invention discloses a vehicle speed measurement method and system based on a three-dimensional laser radar, and is used for solving the problems that an existing traffic speed measurement method is not easy to maintain, is short in service life, is high in cost, or is greatly influenced by light, and is low in accuracy. The method comprises the following steps: based on a three-dimensional laser radar, acquiring multiple frames of point cloud data sets of a target vehicle on a current road; determining barycentric coordinates of the target vehicle in a preset road coordinate system at the current frame acquisition moment according to the point cloud data set of each frame of target vehicle; and determining the speed of the target vehicle according to the moving distance of the barycentric coordinates of the target vehicle in the road coordinate system at the at least two frame acquisition moments and the interval time of the at least two frame acquisition moments. The system provided by the invention is long in service life, stable and durable, low in maintenance cost and high in detection accuracy, and the detection is not influenced by light rays.

    本发明的实施例公开一种基于三维激光雷达的车辆测速方法及系统,用于解决现有的交通测速方法不易维护、使用寿命短、成本高或受光线影响大导致准确率较低等问题。本发明的方法包括:基于三维激光雷达,获取多帧当前道路上的目标车辆的点云数据集;根据每帧目标车辆的点云数据集确定当前帧采集时刻目标车辆在预设的道路坐标系中的重心坐标;根据至少两个帧采集时刻目标车辆的重心坐标在所述道路坐标系中的移动距离,以及所述至少两个帧采集时刻的间隔时间,确定目标车辆的车速。本发明提供的系统使用寿命长、稳定耐用、维护成本低且检测不受光线影响、检测准确率高。
