The invention discloses a high-wear-resistance tire tread composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The invention belongs to the field of rubber materials and preparation thereof. The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the wear resistance of the existing rubber composite material cannot be greatly improved, and the wet skid resistance is greatly reduced due to the improvement of the wear resistance. The material is prepared from olefin rubber, a reinforcing filler, a plasticizer, zinc oxide, stearic acid, sulfur, a silane coupling agent, an accelerant and an anti-aging agent, the olefin rubber is formed by mixing natural rubber, solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber and iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber, the molecular weight of the iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber is 30-60 w, the sum of the content of vinyl and allyl side groups is 50-70%, and the content of vinyl and allyl side groups is 50-70%. In the preparation process, the molar ratio of the monomer butadiene to the isoprene is (1-4): 1. The wear-resisting performance is remarkably improved while the wet skid resistance is guaranteed.

    一种高耐磨轮胎胎面复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明属于橡胶材料及其制备领域。本发明的目的是为了解决现有橡胶复合材料耐磨性能无法大幅提高,耐磨性的提高导致抗湿滑性能大幅下降的技术问题。本发明的材料由烯烃类橡胶、补强填料、增塑剂、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺、硅烷偶联剂、促进剂和防老剂制备而成,烯烃类橡胶由天然橡胶、溶聚丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶和铁系丁戊橡胶混合而成,铁系丁戊橡胶分子量为30~60w,乙烯基和丙烯基侧基含量之和为50~70%,制备过程中单体丁二烯与异戊二烯的摩尔比为(1~4):1。本发明在保证抗湿滑性能的同时显著提高了耐磨性能。
