The invention discloses an anti-reversion truck tire tread rubber composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The invention belongs to the field of rubber materials and preparation thereof. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the vulcanization reversion phenomenon is easy to occur in the vulcanization process of the existing truck tire tread rubber. The composite material is prepared from natural rubber, iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber, a reinforcing filler, zinc oxide, stearic acid, a plasticizer, sulfur, an accelerant, an anti-aging agent and a scorch retarder, wherein the molecular weight of the iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber is 20-50w, and the sum of the content of vinyl and the content of allyl is 40-80%. The anti-reversion truck tire tread rubber composite material disclosed by the invention is prepared by step-by-step mixing. The iron-based catalyzed butadiene-isoprene rubber with a specific molecular structure and molecular weight is introduced into the rubber formula, so that the reversion phenomenon in the vulcanization process is remarkably inhibited, and the use performance of the tread rubber of the truck tire is effectively improved.

    一种抗硫化返原载重轮胎胎面胶复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明属于橡胶材料及其制备领域。本发明的目的是为了解决现有载重轮胎胎面胶硫化过程中易出现硫化返原现象的技术问题。本发明的复合材料由天然橡胶、铁系丁戊橡胶、补强填料、氧化锌、硬脂酸、增塑剂、硫磺、促进剂、防老剂和防焦剂制备而成,其中铁系丁戊橡胶的分子量为20‑50w,乙烯基和丙烯基含量之和为40‑80%。本发明的抗硫化返原载重轮胎胎面胶复合材料通过分步混炼制备而成。本发明通过在橡胶配方中引入具有特定分子结构和分子量的铁系催化丁戊橡胶显著抑制了硫化过程中的硫化返原现象,有效提高了载重轮胎胎面胶使用性能。
