The transfer device comprises a separation mechanism, a telescopic rope, a telescopic swing rod, a hinge support and a power assembly, one end of the telescopic swing rod is fixed to the top end of the lander through the hinge support, the other end of the telescopic swing rod is connected with the telescopic rope, the lower portion of the telescopic rope is connected with the separation mechanism, and the separation mechanism is connected with the planet patrolling device; the power assembly drives the telescopic swing rod to swing and stretch out and draw back on one hand and drives the telescopic rope to stretch out and draw back on the other hand. Release positions suitable for landing of the planet patroller can be selected at will within the sector range, and landing is flexible.
