The invention relates to the technical field of space application equipment, in particular to a satellite centroid adjusting system which comprises a centroid adjusting mechanism and a centroid adjusting controller, and the centroid adjusting mechanism comprises an X-axis centroid adjusting mechanism, a Y-axis centroid adjusting mechanism and a Z-axis centroid adjusting mechanism; the two X-axis mass center adjusting mechanisms are symmetrically installed along the X axis of the satellite. The two Y-axis mass center adjusting mechanisms are symmetrically mounted along the Y axis of the satellite; the two Z-axis mass center adjusting mechanisms are symmetrically installed along the Z axis of the satellite. The mass center adjusting controller is connected with the X-axis mass center adjusting mechanism, the Y-axis mass center adjusting mechanism and the Z-axis mass center adjusting mechanism. The mass distribution of the whole satellite is changed by controlling the position of the moving mass block in the mass center adjusting mechanism through the mass center adjusting controller, so that the mass center of the satellite reaches the position close to a specified point, the rotational inertia meets the requirement for attitude and orbit control precision of the satellite, and it is ensured that the satellite can provide the high-precision quality characteristic and normal work of part of effective loads.
