The invention belongs to a centroid adjusting mechanism and particularly relates to a spacecraft centroid adjusting mechanism. The mechanism is characterized in that a motor is connected with an output reel, and a flexible belt is driven by rotation of the motor to be transferred from a storage reel to an output reel, moreover, a clockwork spring on the storage reel is stressed and wound tightly;when the motor rotates reversely, the clockwork spring drives the storage reel to rotate, and the flexible belt is taken back to the storage reel; a guide assembly is designed between the storage reeland the output reel, and the flexible belt is connected with an output reel at the other end after bypassing the guide assembly, bearings are installed at two ends of the guide assembly, the output reel at two ends of the guide assembly and two ends of the storage reel, and the good lubricating effect is achieved. The device further comprises a box body composed of an upper top plate, a lower bottom plate, a storage reel enveloping shell, an output reel enveloping shell, a front connecting plate and a rear connecting plate. The mechanism is advantaged in that mass distribution between the storage reel and the output reel is adjusted through transferring of the flexible belt, then adjustment and distribution of the mass center are achieved, and the conception is ingenious.

    本发明属于质心调节机构,具体地说是一种航天器质心调节机构,电机与输出卷轴相连,通过电机的旋转带动柔性带从存储卷轴转移到输出卷轴;与此同时,存储卷轴上的发条受力卷紧;当电机反转时,发条带动存储卷轴转动,将柔性带收回存储卷轴;在存储卷轴和输出卷轴之间,设计有导向组件,柔性带在导向组件绕过后与另一端的输出卷轴相连;在导向组件及其两端的输出卷轴和存储卷轴的两端都安装有轴承,起到良好的润滑作用;本发明还包括上顶板、下底板、存储卷轴包络外壳、输出卷轴包络外壳、前连接板、后连接板组成的箱体。本发明通过柔性带的转移调节存储卷轴与输出卷轴之间的质量分布,进而实现质心的调节分布,构思巧妙。
