The invention discloses a multi-section cabin forming method and device.The method comprises the steps that S101, a boss is installed on the outer side face of a spherical end socket, and a spherical bulkhead is obtained; s102, all the segmented cabins are marked in sequence, spherical bulkheads are welded to the two ends of the odd-number segmented cabins respectively, and odd-number welded segmented cabins are obtained; s103, performing external water pressure tests on all odd-numbered assembly welding segmented cabins, and entering S104 when all odd-numbered assembly welding segmented cabins meet the external water pressure tests; s104, assembling and welding even-numbered segmented cabins among all odd-numbered assembled and welded segmented cabins according to a mark number sequence to obtain a combined segment cabin; and S105, performing an external water pressure test on the closed cabin, and when the closed cabin meets the external water pressure test, obtaining a target sealed cabin. According to the method, the butt joint precision of the segmented shells is improved, and the problems of large welding amount and shell welding deformation caused by inner fillet welding are effectively controlled.

    本发明公开一种多段舱体成形方法及装置,其中,该方法包括:S101,将球形封头的外侧面安装凸台,得到球形隔舱板;S102,将所有分段舱体按顺序标号,并在奇数分段舱体的两端分别装焊球形隔舱板,得到奇数装焊分段舱体;S103,将所有奇数装焊分段舱体分别进行外水压试验,当所有奇数装焊分段舱体满足外水压试验时,进入S104;S104,在所有奇数装焊分段舱体之间按标号顺序装焊偶数分段舱体,得到合段舱体;S105,将合段舱体进行外水压试验,当合段舱体满足外水压试验时,得到目标密封舱体。该方法提高了分段壳体对接的精度,有效的控制了因内角焊造成的焊接量大,壳体焊接变形的问题。
