    本发明提供一种矿车自动摘挂钩装置及其使用方法。属于矿山运输装备领域,其装置包括挂钩模块、移动模块、润滑模块、连接模块。矿车自动摘挂钩装置安装在两矿车的碰头位置,通过矿车在轨道上滑行使矿车自动碰撞。当两辆矿车碰撞时,连接两矿车的钩舌因碰撞形成挂钩状态,钩舌旋转到限位位置,形成了锁铁下降空间,这时楔块移走,锁铁因重力作用下降,限制钩舌的转动,实现挂钩状态。当防爆电机启动,通过齿轮齿条机构带动楔块向锁铁方向移动,锁铁上移脱离钩舌,钩舌此时能够绕钩舌销自由旋转,这时电机车拉动任何一个矿车,实现脱钩状态。本发明所述自动摘挂钩装置具有结构简单、操作便捷和可靠性高的优点,同时该装置可以自动化完成挂钩和脱钩,降低劳动强度和提高矿车运输的安全性。
