The invention provides a multi-axle commercial vehicle brake-by-wire system pressure maintaining method based on motor-isolating valve cooperation, which comprises the following steps: when the temperature of a motor rises due to continuous pressure maintaining, maintaining the pressure of an oil outlet 1 and an oil outlet 2 by closing pressure building cylinder isolating valves PSV1 and PSV2 until the pressure is obviously reduced or the closing time of a motor M reaches a set value; and the pressure buildup cylinder isolation valve and the motor M are restarted for pressure compensation. The system has the beneficial effects that when the integrated brake-by-wire system (QEBS system) needs to maintain the pressure, the brake pressure is maintained through the pressure buildup cylinder isolation valve, the motor driving current is reduced, the brake pressure is monitored in real time, and after the brake pressure is reduced, the reduced pressure is compensated again through the motor.

    本发明提供了一种基于电机‑隔离阀协同的多轴商用车线控制动系统压力保持方法,当处于持续保持压力导致电机温度上升时,通过关闭建压缸隔离阀PSV1、PSV2进行出油口1、2压力保持,直到该压力明显下降或电机M关闭时间达到设定值时,重新开启建压缸隔离阀和电机M进行压力补偿。本发明的有益效果为:当集成式线控制动系统(QEBS系统)需要保持压力时,通过建压缸隔离阀保持制动压力,减低电机驱动电流,并实时监测制动压力,当制动压力降低后,再次通过电机补偿降低的压力。
