The invention discloses a multi-axle commercial vehicle brake-by-wire system anti-lock pressure coordination control method which comprises the following steps: S1, according to the travel of a brake pedal, calculating the pressure of an oil outlet 1, the pressure of an oil outlet 2 and the pressure of two independent pressure buildup modules QEBS; and S2, ABS data is received, wherein the ABS data comprises parameters of Pwh, Preq, dpreq, plstMax, fgh2l and fgl2h, an ABS activation state and an ABS fault state. According to the method, more reasonable pressure building cavity pressure control under the working condition of the ABS is achieved based on the current target pressure of the ABS, the target pressure gradient requirement, the maximum pressure value of the last pressurization cycle of the ABS and QEBS coordinated pressure target algorithm logic of a butt joint road surface recognition mark; when an ABS valve/motor fails, two paths of pressure output capacity are output through the QEBS, on the premise that needed braking force is kept, when incomplete locking and anti-locking control over wheels of a middle axle and a rear axle of the multi-axle commercial vehicle is achieved, and on the premise that pressurization and pressure buildup rates and target values are guaranteed, working noise is reduced by controlling the pressure of a pressure buildup cavity of the QEBS.

    本发明公开了一种多轴商用车线控制动系统防抱死压力协调控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、根据制动踏板行程,计算出油口1、2处及QEBS两个独立建压模块的压力;S2、接收ABS数据,所述ABS数据包括Pwh、Preq、dpreq、plstMax、fgh2l、fgl2h参数和ABS激活状态、ABS故障状态。本发明中,基于ABS当前目标压力、目标压力梯度需求、ABS上一增压循环最大压力值、对接路面识别标志的QEBS协调压力目标算法逻辑,实现ABS工况下更合理的建压腔压力控制;ABS阀/电机失效时,通过QEBS输出两路压力输出能力,在保持所需制动力的前提下,实现多轴商用车中轴、后轴车轮不完全抱死,防抱死控制时,在保证增压、建压速率和目标值的前提下,通过控制QEBS建压腔压力,降低工作噪声。
