The system comprises a low-voltage battery management module, a battery heating module, a communication module and a heating signal generation module, wherein the heating signal generation module is used for receiving a heating instruction sent by the outside and generating a heating signal according to the vehicle state and/or the heating instruction; the communication module is used for transmitting the received heating signal to the low-voltage battery management module; the low-voltage battery management module is used for detecting the real-time state of the vehicle, generating a heating starting instruction according to the heating signal, and generating a heating stopping instruction when the real-time state of the vehicle does not meet a preset heating condition; and the battery heating module is used for starting/stopping heating according to the heating starting instruction/heating stopping instruction. The invention relates to a low-voltage lithium battery heating control system and method, which can generate a heating signal in advance according to a heating signal generation module, realize advanced heating of a battery and reduce the time for waiting for heating of the battery.
