The invention provides an electric wheel braking chatter prediction control system and method, and the system comprises a chatter prediction control unit which is used for obtaining an expected braking force signal, a wheel angular velocity signal and a hub motor angular velocity signal, predicting chatter, and calculating the braking pressure of a wheel cylinder and the compensation torque of a hub motor; and the electric wheel brake unit is interconnected with the flutter prediction control unit and is used for controlling the actions of a brake wheel cylinder and a hub motor so as to suppress flutter. According to the electric wheel braking chatter prediction control system and method, chatter can be actively predicted, chatter of a braking system is avoided by adjusting hydraulic braking force, and insufficient braking torque is compensated through motor torque.

    本发明提供了一种电动轮制动颤振预测控制系统及方法,该电动轮制动颤振预测控制系统包括颤振预测控制单元,用于获取期望制动力信号、车轮角速度信号和轮毂电机角速度信号并预测颤振,计算轮缸制动压力和轮毂电机补偿转矩;和/或电动轮制动单元,与所述颤振预测控制单元互联,用于控制制动轮缸和轮毂电机的动作以抑制颤振。本发明电动轮制动颤振预测控制系统及方法能主动预测颤振的发生,通过调节液压制动力避免制动系统的颤振,并通过电机转矩补偿制动转矩的不足。
