According to the technical scheme, the control method of the new energy automobile battery self-heating system comprises the following steps that after a motor controller receives a whole automobile self-heating mode request, whether the current whole automobile state meets the condition of entering a self-heating mode or not is judged; if the request is satisfied, a positive response is fed back to the request end and the self-heating mode is entered, otherwise, a negative response is responded and the self-heating mode is not entered; after entering the self-heating mode, the motor controller judges whether the current motor is in a torque mode state or not; if the motor is not in the torque mode state, pulse voltages with different frequencies are applied to the motor through an inverter, and alternating current charging and discharging are achieved so as to achieve battery self-heating; and if the motor is in the torque mode state, the torque Map of the motor controller is adjusted, so that the heat loss of the system is improved, and the battery is heated through heat circulation. The purpose of heating the interior and the exterior of the motor is achieved, and meanwhile the minimum motor noise is guaranteed.

    本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新能源汽车电池自加热系统的控制方法,包括以下步骤:电机控制器接收到整车自加热模式请求后,判断当前整车状态是否满足进入自加热模式的条件;如果满足请求则给请求端反馈肯定响应并进入自加热模式,否则响应否定响应并不进入自加热模式;进入自加热模式后,电机控制器判断当前电机是否处于扭矩模式状态;如果电机不处于扭矩模式状态,则通过逆变器对电机施加不同频率的脉冲电压,实现交流充放电以实现电池自加热;如果电机处于扭矩模式状态,则通过调整电机控制器的扭矩Map,提高该系统热损耗,通过热循环给电池加热。本发明实现电机内外部加热的目的同时,保证了电机噪音的最低。
