A battery pack quick-charging and quick-heating mode is added, under the condition of quick charging, a vehicle control unit can be connected with an air conditioner warm core loop in series according to the cell temperature of the battery pack for auxiliary heating, the temperature of the battery pack is quickly increased, energy consumption loss is effectively reduced, on the basis that additional PTC equipment is not added and an air conditioner system is not affected, the temperature of the battery pack is quickly increased, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged. The charging efficiency is improved and the energy loss is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车电池包加热控制系统,属于新能源汽车领域,包括电池包、空调模块、PTC、水泵、整车控制模块、冷却水路系统和控制阀,电池包与整车控制模块采用信号但不限于信号连接,整车控制模块可进行加热阈值设置,电池包可通过温度检测组件将实时电芯温度传输至整车控制模块,达到加热阈值时,整车控制模块向控制阀发出信号。本发明增加电池包快充速热模式,在快充情况下整车控制器会根据电池包的电芯温度串联空调暖芯回路进行辅助加热,使电池包快速升温并有效降低能耗损失,在不增加额外PTC设备且不影响空调系统的基础上,使电池包快速升温,提高充电效率,减少能量损失。
