And tread rubber is arranged between the belt reinforcing layer and the full reinforcing layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing the tire body part on a section of a forming machine head by adopting a normal diagonal tire forming process; (2) a belt reinforcing layer, tread rubber and a full reinforcing layer are attached to the second-section expansion drum; and (3) expanding and shaping the first section of tire blank, and combining the second section of component with the first section of tire blank structure by using a transfer device and the like. The aircraft tire designed by the method disclosed by the invention passes a dynamic simulation test according to the use condition of 450km/h, and meets the use and maintenance requirements of an aircraft.
本发明公开一种带束斜交全补强结构航空轮胎及其制备方法,涉及斜交航空轮胎领域,该轮胎结构包括胎体,所述胎体外设有带束斜交全补强结构,所述带束斜交全补强结构包括依次设于所述胎体外的带束补强层和全补强层,所述带束补强层和全补强层之间设有胎面胶。其制备方法包括步骤:(1)在一段成型机头上采用正常斜交轮胎成型工艺完成胎体部分制作;(2)在二段膨胀鼓上贴合带束补强层、胎面胶及全补强层;(3)将一段胎胚进行膨胀定型后利用传递装置等将二段部件与一段胎胚结构进行组合。采用本发明方法设计的航空轮胎按照450km/h的使用条件条件通过了动态模拟试验,满足飞机使用和维护要求。
