The invention discloses a road freight vehicle quality estimation method based on a lane keeping auxiliary system, and the method comprises the steps: calling a lane keeping picture generated in the lane keeping auxiliary system through a vehicle quality estimation system in the whole running process of a vehicle; the whole vehicle quality of the current vehicle can be obtained according to the mapping relation between the position, occupied by the lower edge of the lane image shot by the camera, of the lane keeping picture generated by the lane keeping auxiliary system and Mi and Si stored in the vehicle whole vehicle quality estimation system. The system is simple in structure, does not need to install other sensors, is convenient to use, and can be mainly applied to road freight vehicles, the whole vehicle mass of the freight vehicles is obtained in real time through data processing of the lane keeping auxiliary system, on one hand, the whole vehicle mass of the freight vehicles serves as input of the vehicle stability control system, and the vehicle running safety can be effectively improved; on the other hand, whether the vehicle is overloaded or not can be judged, and the method is used for road freight volume statistics and analysis.

    本发明公开了一种基于车道保持辅助系统的道路货运车辆质量估计方法,在车辆全程的运行过程中,车辆整车质量估计系统调取车道保持辅助系统中生成的车道保持图片,通过摄像头拍摄车道图像的下边沿占据车道保持辅助系统生成的车道保持图片的位置,与车辆整车质量估计系统中存储的Mi与Si的映射关系即可得到当前车辆的整车质量。本发明结构简单,无需安装其他传感器,使用方便,可重点在道路货运车辆中应用,通过对车道保持辅助系统的数据处理,实时获取货运车辆整车质量,一方面,将货运车辆整车质量作为车辆稳定性控制系统输入可有效提高车辆运行安全;另一方面,可以判定车辆是否超载运输且用于道路货运量的统计和分析。
