The invention discloses a pterosaur-imitated flapping wing aircraft which comprises a framework, flapping wings arranged on the two sides of the framework, a driving device arranged in the middle of the framework and an empennage arranged at the tail of the framework. The driving motor transmits power to the output gear through speed reduction of the gear set, and the output gear rotates to transmit the power to the flapping wings. The flapping mechanism comprises an output gear, a rotating shaft and a crank which rotates fixedly with the output gear; the flapping wing comprises a wing rod which penetrates through the whole flapping wing and is connected with the framework, a group of wing vein rods which are connected with the wing rod and extend, and a wing film which covers the flapping rod; and the empennage is fixedly connected with a plurality of connecting rods through an empennage hinge arranged at the tail part of the framework. The unmanned aerial vehicle has the advantages of simple structure, good bionic effect, high operation efficiency, excellent flight performance and the like.
