And a variable-pitch rocker arm is arranged at the tip of the paddle and is connected with the movable ring through a variable-pitch pull rod. According to the invention, the upper rotor and the lower rotor can reliably realize variable-pitch movement, and the total pitch angle of the blades is adjusted in time, so that the blades work in the optimal posture, and the efficiency of the rotors is improved.
