The invention discloses a high-speed shaftless ducted rotor wing, and aims to overcome the defects that a rotor wing structure is large in vibration and noise, needs to be lubricated, is extremely easy to abrade and fatigue, is short in service life and is high in maintenance cost in a high-speed rotating process. The rotor wing comprises a rack cylinder, a flow guide cylinder, a stator, a force bearing ring and a control system, the stator is fixedly connected in the rack cylinder, an upper electromagnet and a lower electromagnet are respectively arranged above and below the stator in the rack cylinder, an upper suspension ring and a lower suspension ring are arranged on the force bearing ring, the upper suspension ring is suspended between the upper electromagnet and the stator, and thelower suspension ring is suspended between the lower electromagnet and the stator; a plurality of blades are mounted on the inner wall of the force bearing ring; a coil winding is installed on the stator, permanent magnets are installed on the lower surface of the upper suspension ring and the upper surface of the lower suspension ring, a plurality of distance measuring sensors are installed abovethe upper suspension ring and face the upper surface of the upper suspension ring, and the upper electromagnet, the lower electromagnet, the coil winding and the distance measuring sensors are all electrically connected with a control system.
