The invention relates to an independent temperature and humidity control method for a special cabin of a ship. The method comprises an air supply module, an air exhaust module and a cabin heat exchange unit, wherein the air supply module and the air exhaust module are arranged outside the special cabin; through cooperation of a humidity adjusting unit and a heater in an air supply module arranged outside the special cabin, outdoor air entering the air supply module is adjusted to reach the atmospheric environment temperature and relative humidity needed by the special cabin, and then the air is fed into a cabin heat exchange unit for load adjustment. Accurate control over the temperature and humidity of the special cabin is achieved, and the working and using environments needed by special equipment or instruments are met. Compared with a conventional ship air conditioner which controls cooling, heating and humidifying medium flow through temperature and humidity sensor feedback signals, the purpose of independent control over the temperature and the humidity of a special cabin is achieved by adjusting the control logic for controlling the relative humidity of supplied air according to the relation of the moisture content, the temperature and the relative humidity, and the purpose of independent control over the temperature and the humidity of the special cabin is achieved. The control method is higher in control precision and wider in application range.

    本发明涉及一种舰船特种舱室温湿度独立控制方法,包括特种舱室外设置的含有电控单元的送风模块和排风模块、舱室换热单元;通过特种舱室外设置的送风模块中湿度调节单元和加热器配合,将进入送风模块的室外的空气调整为特种舱室所需达到的大气环境温度和相对湿度后,再送入舱室换热单元进行负载调节。实现对特种舱室温湿度的精确控制,以满足特种设备或仪器所需的工作和使用环境。与常规船舶空调利用温湿度传感器反馈信号控制冷却、加热和加湿介质流量相比,本发明利用含湿量、温度和相对湿度三者的关系,通过调节控制送风相对湿度的控制逻辑,实现了特种舱室温湿度独立控制的目的,本发明控制方法的控制精度更高、适用范围更广。
