The invention discloses a titanium alloy/carbon fiber composite material pressure-resistant cabin and a manufacturing process thereof. The pressure-resistant cabin comprises a cabin body and an end cover, the cabin body and the end cover are fixedly connected, a closed containing space is defined in the cabin body and the end cover, the cabin body is made of a titanium alloy/carbon fiber composite material, a first connecting part is arranged on the cabin body, a second connecting part and a third connecting part are arranged on the end cover, and the second connecting part is connected with the third connecting part. The first connecting part and the second connecting part are fixedly connected and matched in a sealed mode, and at least part of the third connecting part is arranged in the cabin body in an extending mode and matched with the cabin body in a sealed mode. According to the pressure-resistant cabin, part of the end cover extends into the cabin body inner container and is attached to the inner wall of the cabin body inner container, so that stress concentration of the two contact surfaces is reduced, a larger supporting surface can be provided for the first connecting part, and the overall structural strength is improved.
